If you are a surfer or are at all familiar with the sport, then you know the name of Louie Vito. This is an American professional snowboarder, as all accounts, is the 2010 U.S. Olympic team. However, it is known for his Olympic glory, it is possible that unwittingly contribute to snowboarding in the field – is his appearance on the popular ABC reality show Dancing With The Stars.
"Dancing with the Stars" is based on the television series Briton named Strictly Come Dancing on television and international business in 2006 and 2007, was the most popular program on television around the world to achieve the top ten in 17 countries. Today, the American version has an average weekly audience of nearly 14 million viewers. This is nothing but good news for snowboard industry as spectators really interested in Vito, will probably continue his career long after his feet danced their last tango.
If you are not lucky enough to live in a place that offers the luxury of either participating in winter sports and / or see if you are a murderer half pipe in the heart, you can rent or buy some popular films snowboarding instead. Some titles are: Snowboarding Holy Grail, fight, apples and oranges, the coup de grace 'tenth round ", Innovative, and in transit, to name a few. All these films can be found in ameibo.com. But can not get enough with all the snowboard films available out there? Look no later than 2010, when the Winter Olympics will be held in Vancouver, Canada. Snowboarding has been done to resemble these games. While snowboarding is now an official Olympic sport in 1998, during the last ten years, became one of the most popular sports viewing. With crazy things and travel through the incredible twists in the air, spins and jumps, including a hard core will get an Adrenaline Junkie excitement of seeing these athletes super duper.
Snowboarding have many different events, some of which are not all official. A competitive economy provides the following type (in brackets are the only official events for 2010):

– Big Air
– Half-pipe (Vancouver 2010 Official Event, Men and Women)
— Snowboard Cross (Official 2010 Vancouver event, Men and Women)
– Indycross
– Rail Jam
– Racing
– Parallel Giant Slalom (Vancouver 2010 official event Men and Women)
In Vancouver, all snowboard events will be held at Cypress room located in the Cordillera. 8000 people have the opportunity to make up close and personal view of this spectacular place built especially for snowboarding. For those who do not fit in the slot 8,000 of the capacity, they can watch on TV like the rest of the world public opinion. If you are not one of the lucky ones go to the 2010 Winter Games, what about checking out a snowboard event near you, if this place exists? There are a number events around the world, including:
– British Snow Tour International Championship – 21 to October 25, 2009.
This is not only the centerpiece of the winter sports season in the UK, but also a "great sports show consumers in Europe.
